Now on to today's card with a fav colour combo of mine

The card size is 8x8 with kraft and polka dot card.
The middle shapes are die cut from a gokreate die #7,
the background is black mesh from hobbycraft

I've used princess pea Tilda from once upon a time 2013 collection,
coloured with promarkers & prisma pencils.
The bunting is a die cut from whimsy stamps called circle pennants, I've threaded each one with cotton and added pearls in between.

The swirly felt flowers are also a die cut memory box rolled rose, just cut out two different colours of felt and roll them together. the other flower I've made is from black tulle. Lace, ribbon bow, pearl string, pin, gems and glitter have also been added to finish the card off.

Sweet pastel birdcage

Hello Creative Peeps

Just stopping by to share a project i made the other day, The inspiration came from this weeks challenge over at MDUC which is to recycle something i used an old cardboard box.

I took the top layer off to reveal the corrugated card underneath, cut it into a birdcage shape and painted it with off white paint.
I've gone for a pastel yellow and cream theme with the decorations.

The Magnolia cutie is called Princess pea Tilda from the Once upon a time collection 2013, She has been coloured with promarkers & prisma pencils.
The swing is made from a piece of die cut frame and ball chain.
The paper behind Tilda is Kaisercraft vintage timeless.

The large yellow & gold lace flowers are cut from Doohicky flower die and Sizzix hello kitty daisies die
The bunting is cut from a Die-namics die, and held together with jump rings.

Can you see my little felt ladybugs? I just{heart}them cut from Elizabeth craft designs die with cream felt.

The frame card is made by cutting a aperture in some thick with card
and then covering it with glitter acetate.

I've made a flower from white organiser ribbon
Attach the coloured image to the centre using 3D foam tape

Circle of love

Hi my creative lovelies,

Today's make I've made to join in with this weeks challenge over at Lili's Little Fairies as i haven't coloured a LOTV image for sooo long i thought i would colour my favourite 'love grows' stamp and give it the colour splash treatment.

The challenge is 'angthing but a square' so I've gone for a circle. The base circle is chipboard which I've covered in Echo Park paper and attached ribbon to the background to give a different effect. Then I've added braiding around the edge.

I've used a selection of flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, the cherry blossoms have been took apart and a card candi has been added for the centre. More ribbon, lace and silver pearl string added at the back of the flowers.

Challenges:

Anything but a square

The Tilda is a new one from the 'with love' collection called Tilda with love potion, she has been coloured with promarkers and prisma pencils.

The embellishments I've used are Magnolia die cuts-tag and fence, the bunting die cuts and stamps are from Whimsey. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts i parted the cherry blossoms and put a glittery brad for the centre.
